I broke my heel bone about 20years ago and recently have had pain ,swelling if i walk to much and numbness and theres like a knot on my heel thats been there since i broke it.

A) A knot on bottom of foot could be the following -

Plantar Fibroma
Plantar facitis
Malunion of bone after the fracture.
Small tumor ( rare)

I would advice that you visit a orthopedic doctor and get the swelling evaluated.

I want to know if there is anything that can be done for me? I have been a quadriplegic for 15 years. I am an incomplete C-4. I can wiggle my toes and I can move my arms. I can make a pinch with my hands. In 1985 I had low back surgery at L 4-5 with a fussion. In 1987 I had neck surgery C-4 removal of a disk at C-4. In 1996 I broke my neck and became a quadiplegic. Is there anything that will let me walk again?

I was suffering from heamoroids for almost three years and i have applied many creams and taken many drugs just to get rid of it.
