Steps to Prevent Spread of Swine flu:

·         Try to wear Face Mask in Public Places.

·         Always cover mouth and nose with a tissue when you sneeze or cough. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

·         Wash your hands with soap and water oftenly, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are most effective.

·         Avoid touching your nose ,eye or mouth. The virus enters the body through this route.

·         Try to avoid close contact with sick people especially with flu like sypmtoms.

·         Report to the nearest hospital or Ask Your Doctor if you are felling sick.
