Hi, I have a slow thyroid and am slightly overweight. What if we have an increased rate of metabolism ? Is it healthy? I am 6’3″ and am hovering around the 230lb mark.
I was wondering what sort of diet I can go on to help trim some of the fat off caused by the reduced metabolism rate. Should I do a fiber or protein diet? What do you suggest?
Does green tea/hoodia work like others say it does? What is your advice regarding an increased rate of metabolism Thank you for your help,
