I weigh 170 pounds and am 5’7 tall. I want to get back to my weight 145 before I had my two kids. I want to get skinny stomach. Right now I am walking two miles Mon-Fri and trying to eat around 1400 calories or less a day.
Is this too many calories and am I walking far enough? I usually walk at 2.6-3.0 speed on the treadmill. I really want to lose some fat and most is in my belly area.
Do you have any tips for me? And does what i am doing sound good to you? Is this an effective way to get skinny stomach? Thanks
